Our Newsletter
We have an opt-in newsletter that you may subscribe. An option to opt-in to receive our newsletters also exists on our payment pages.
If you choose to add your email address to our mailing list we will send you periodic emails about our products and news about our business. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any emails we send you.
Your email address is stored with MailChimp or Campaign Monitor. It will never be shared with any other company.
Email
We keep all emails you send to us and all messages you send to us via contact forms on our website. We keep these so that we have a record of all interactions with you and so that we can provide customer support. Our emails are hosted by Fastmail.
Analytics & Cookies
We use Statcounter cookies to track visits to our website and which pages you view on our website, to help us monitor and improve the website. This provides us with partial ip address data and country of origin data. We cannot identify individuals from this data. This data is stored for no longer than six months.

There are Facebook like and share buttons on some pages.
Purchases
If you purchase a licence on our website your payment will be taken by Fastspring, our US payment collector. Fastspring will pass some information about you on to us, such as your name and address, your email address and phone number, and your ip address at the time of purchase. They do not pass any payment information (credit card or bank account numbers) to us.
We require this information in order to offer customer support to licensed users, to re-send license keys to licensed customers, and to comply with local money laundering and tax laws.
Fastspring are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, and are fully compliant with EU GDPR directives.
Client Database
We store your email address, license key and type of licence in an online database.
